Loving Duck Won’t Let Anything Hurt His Favorite Little Human

Tyler and Beaker have been best buddies since they were little. Well, Tyler is only a year and a half now, and Beaker the duck (aka Bee) is only 9 months old, so they are both still young, but their bond is already unbreakable.

“When my son was 9 months old, my husband and I brought home a duckling,” says mom Jennifer. “Their bond was instant and incredible!”

Beaker wears a specially-made diaper and lives inside the house with the rest of the family like any other pet. “These two have a special bond and it’s an awesome thing to witness,” mom says. “For nearly a year now we have shared our lives with this feathered kid and believe me when I say there is NEVER a dull moment!”

It’s time to work…

The family has two other ducks who live outdoors, but come inside at night. Putting Pippin and Tank to bed, is Tyler’s favorite chore!

And Bee never gets tired of putting Tyler to bed.

Tyler is one of the flock.

“I put Bee out so he could use the pool and he came to the door,” says Jennifer. “They played for a while just like this!”

The two share a playhouse. Ducks and toddlers only.

Nearly a year on, and they still enjoy a ride together.
