Construction workers across from the St. Louis Children’s Hospital have noticed the children waving from the windows. One particular little girl named Vivian went to her hospital room window every day to wave at the construction workers until someone waves back.
Two of the construction workers noticed her and decided to do something more for their daily “hello”. And one morning when the brave little girl was looking out her window, they pointed her to look at a metal beam. I couldn’t hold back the tears when I saw what the ironworkers did for her!
