Doctors told his family to start planning his funeral after his diagnosis with Stage 4 head and neck cancer. After receiving the news, Greg Thomas spent time a lot of time alone walking with his dog, Max. One day, he stumbled across an abandoned church in a Minnesota bean field.
He ended up going there to pray. He soon felt compelled to restore the building and got permission to fix it. Slowly but surely, the church began to come back to life and each day Greg prayed for a miracle. Then a Godsend…three years later, his cancer is in remission.
