Lifford Shillingford is no stranger to performing on stage, but he said goodbye years ago to the spotlight. But recently, he got the itch to perform again and decided to audition for Britain’s Got Talent and both the judges and audience were glad he did.
A former collaborator with the UK band Artful Dodger, Lifford pours his heart out in a performance of Sam Cooke’s ‘A Change Is Gonna Come’. With his soulful voice and passionate rendition, Lifford moved Alesha so much she just had to hit that Golden Buzzer.
