Kenny Rogers is certainly one of the icons of the country music world, having recorded with virtually everyone in the business. From his popular duets with long-time friend Dolly Parton, to the his latest song with the up-and-coming a capella country band Home Free.
For Rogers’ new Christmas album he teamed up with Home Free for this beautiful, upbeat version of the Christmas song “Children, Go Where I Send Thee”.
“We met by happenstance,” says Rogers. My son’s teacher told me about Home Free and I looked them up on the Internet and was so impressed. We had this one song that I thought that would be great for them to do and they’ve done an incredible job.”
