Every Year, People In This Polish City Stop Everything To Stand Together For One Touching Moment

When I first started watching this video I didn’t know what to expect. It looked like people going about their everyday lives in Warsaw, Poland but then suddenly everyone froze. It wasn’t a film trick, it was something that the people in the city do every year to pay their respect.

Every August 1st, the entire city freezes for one minute to commemorate the loss of 1.5 million Polish lives during World War II. It’s their way of honoring those that lost their lives during that terrible war.
