Scotty McCreery’s Rendition Of ‘The Dance’ Is Simply Beautiful

Scotty McCreery first came into the spotlight on the American Idol stage. With his deep baritone voice and modest, friendly demeanor, he quickly won legions of fans. The song is written with a double meaning – it’s both a love song about the end of a passionate relationship, and a story of someone dying because of something he believes in, after a moment of glory.
