Vina Lustado’s tiny home is such a masterpiece in efficiency and design it’s hard to believe it’s just 140 square feet. While dreaming up the design, Vina thought through every aspect of the home, from the direction it faces to allow for passive heating and cooling, to what materials it’s made of to avoid rot.
The interior has a full kitchen, living quarters, and even a guest bedroom! She even managed to squeeze in some luxury items like a propane gas fireplace and skylight loft. She has a pretty special home! She consciously built the tiny house to give herself more time and flexibility in her life, yet still feel grounded and have a place she can call home.
