I was very moved listening to this story of love and devotion! Bill loves his wife Glad unconditionally and deeply after fifty years of marriage. In this video, Bill recalls the first time he met her (she was 8 years old) and when they first fell in love (they were teenagers). He also recalls some of his fondest memories of their times together revolved around bicycling.
In 2004/2005 Glad was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s, and Bill was determined to care for her every need and that included being able to go bicycling together. Wait until you see the special thing Bill did for the love of his life. Just watching Bill with Glad, you’ll see what the true meaning of love is!
