Mystery of the Missing Socks Solved — And the Culprit Is a Golden Retriever

People often wonder where their socks disappear to. You toss a pair into the wash, but somehow only one makes it back.

In one household, however, the mystery of the missing socks has finally been solved.

The family recently discovered a stash of 20 socks hidden behind their sofa — and the culprit turned out to be their Golden Retriever, Brew. Apparently, Brew has been sneaking off with the socks and carefully stashing them in his secret hiding spot.

Judging by the look on his face when the stash was discovered, Brew seems completely “sorry, not sorry.”
