Bruce Springsteen Dances With His 90-Year-Old Mom At Concert

Bruce Springsteen has been entertaining audiences across the globe for decades, but there’s one very special super fan who he always singles out at his concerts – his mother, Adele.

In this video from 2013, Bruce and The E Street Band begin to play his hit “Dancing In The Dark”. Bruce is known for inviting an audience member up on stage for this classic song, but on this occasion, he invites his mom, who was 87 years old at the time.

At the 4:05 mark Bruce disappears from the concert stage and goes in search of his mom, who’s backstage behind the curtain. When he brings her back on stage with him the crowd erupts in applause.

The two share a sweet dance together on center stage and it’s obvious how proud the two are of each other!

This mother-son tradition still continues to this day. This past March, Bruce went into the audience to dance with Adele, who is now 90 years old, at his show at Madison Square Garden. I love how they shake their booties at 0:45. They are having so much fun!

It’s touching to see how supportive they are of each other. Rock on, you two!
