Young Woman Plays Queen’s ‘Bohemian Rhapsody’ On Public Piano

Have you noticed that an increasing number of cities are bringing music to their streets by installing public pianos? I think it’s a great idea. Listening to music outside in the summertime is one of my favorite activities and these instruments let complete strangers share their musical talents with passers-by.

That’s what this young woman did when she gets up and walks over to the piano sitting in a public park in Montréal, Canada. She quickly attracts a crowd when she starts playing Queen’s ‘Bohemian Rhapsody’.

Since 2012, there have been pianos outdoors in Montréal’s public spaces in the summertime. The instruments are open to the public and anyone is welcome to play a few notes. The pianos are located throughout the city and this one is located in Mont Royal Park, a popular destination for tourists and locals.

Everyone seems to be enjoying this woman’s spontaneous performance. One girl even leaves her a few dollars!

Share this impromptu performance with your family and friends!
