Rescued Blind and Deaf Dog Steals Family’s Stuff for Hilariously Clever Reason
Georgie’s life didn’t have the easiest start. He was put in a box and abandoned on the side of the road as a tiny puppy. But everything changed when his future family spotted a photo of him at the shelter. They already had seven dogs and weren’t planning to adopt another, but something about Georgie pulled at their hearts. They went to visit him…and two days later, he was home.
Now a confident and sweet dog, Georgie works as a therapy dog and gets along wonderfully with all his canine siblings. But he’s also known for one hilarious habit that keeps his family laughing: he’s a little thief but with a twist.
Georgie loves to steal shoes, dog food bowls, and other random belongings and bring them to his dog bed. Then he waits for someone to notice so he can “trade” the stolen item for a treat. If no one comes right away, he’ll sit and cry to let them know he’s ready for his reward.
