Dog’s First Meeting With Grandma Turns Into the Sweetest Case of Zoomies
Smithers—“Smitty”—just met his grandma for the very first time, and calling him excited would be an understatement.
The moment he sees Grandma on the couch, Smitty launches onto it to greet her, then springs back to his mom who’s filming, only to ricochet right back to grandma again. His tail is a blur, his paws are everywhere, and Grandma can’t stop laughing at his zoomie-filled welcome.
Smitty’s guardian, a dog trainer with Gonzo Dog Training, tells her mom: “Just let me know when you want it to stop.”
The internet is eating it up, too. One viewer wrote, “Such a sweetheart. He’s making sure to jump over Grandma and not hurt her.”
“Safe to say I think he likes her,” added another.
