Sassy Golden Retriever Tells Mom Off for Stepping on Her Toe

Lucie the Golden Retriever is quite a vocal dog. Her mom says that “she’s so sassy and very expressive. If a ball or biscuit is under the couch it’s quite a display of angry woos—she has a woo for every occasion.” One such moment is going viral and had Lucie go into full “drama queen” mode.

On this particular day, Mom was filming Lucie as they were headed to the door when she accidentally stepped on Lucie’s toes. Although Mom apologized right away, Lucie voiced her displeasure—or, as Mom captioned in the video, “[I] accidentally stood on her toe and ruined her life apparently.”

Not only does Lucie tell Mom off, she runs to Dad to get some support too. The video quickly went viral, getting over 15 million views. Some viewers thought Lucie had every reason to give her a talking to.
