A woman driving on Vancouver Island stumbled upon the cutest roadblock—a baby bear playing with a balloon.
In the charming clip, a mama bear and her cub start to cross the road when the little one spots a helium balloon caught in a grate. While mom continues on her way, the cub is completely captivated. He paws at the balloon, even standing up on his hind legs to bat at it again and again.
Eventually, he manages to set it free, only to watch in puzzlement as it floats away. Confused—and maybe a little disappointed—he finally backs off. That’s when mama bear has to circle back and collect her distracted cub.
