Starving Mama Dog Found Hiding In Bushes With 10 Puppies Gets Help She Desperately Needed

An extremely thin and weak mama dog and her 10 puppies have been saved thanks to a concerned Good Samaritan who spotted the dog family hiding in the bushes near a rehabilitation center in Mladenovac, Serbia.

Milan, from Dog Rescue Shelter Serbia, received an urgent call to rescue the starving mother and her pups. He found the mama quickly and followed her through the parking lot to begin the rescue.

Although she kept her distance, she accepted the food he offered, and he was soon able to maneuver her into a crate. Next, he went to the bushes where she had made a den and safely retrieved all of her puppies.

“Despite being extremely thin and weak, this brave young mama did everything she could to keep her babies safe and fed,” he wrote.

“Now safe in our shelter, the entire family will receiving food, veterinary care, and lots of love,” he continued. “She may have been abandoned, but she never gave up on her puppies.”
