Most people are wary of strangers on the train. But not Hugo. But then Hugo is a Golden Retriever. And when he commutes with his mom on the train he wants to cuddle with everyone he meets.

Hugo just doesn’t take no for an answer and leans into the cuddling even if the passenger is on their cell phone! Thankfully, no one can ignore the friendly dog and why would they?

Viewers couldn’t help but “get on board” with the whole thing. In fact many wanted to literally get on board.
