Cat Injured From Frostbite Was Looking For Someone To Love, Then He Met His Dad

When Klaus arrived at the Regina Humane Society, he was suffering devastating wounds from frostbite and an infection that left one of his eyes inoperable and painful. But the shelter in Saskatchewan, Canada took him in and gave him the life saving treatment he needed.

Despite his troubled past all Klaus was looking for was some love.

As it happened, Jordan and Jasmine Haughey were thinking of getting another dog to add to their household of two cats and one dog. So when Jasmine’s massage therapist showed her a photo of Klaus she set up a meet and greet. And it was love at first sight for Klaus. He ran over to Jordan for a snuggle. Jordan thinks Klaus not only needed to be saved medically, but he “really needed some good love in his life.”

And that’s exactly what he got!
