Security cameras caught the power that pizza and a kind heart can have in the face of violence. The cameras caught two men brawling on the sidewalk outside of a pizzeria in Los Angeles, California on September 15, 2016. When one of the restaurant’s servers comes out to deliver a pizza to waiting patrons, he immediately notices the two men fighting.
Without hesitating, he runs over with a pizza in one hand and gestures to the men to stop fighting. He separates the two men and is seen offering them a slice of pizza to broker the peace. It seems to work, as both men stop punching each other and instead grab a slice before walking away from each other.
Who knew pizza could be such a peacemaker!
