Cowboy is a Blue Heeler who was abandoned in Compton, California. For 11 months he lived under a dumpster. During that time a Good Samaritan left him food and water every day until she could find help. One day she stumbled across a video from Hope For Paws and reached out to the rescue group. It wasn’t long after that he was saved from his cruel life on the streets.
Just wait until you see the friends he makes while staying at the vet – I can’t believe how happy he is. As for when he sees his new foster mom? He jumps right into her open arms! Needless to say this affectionate dog found a forever home quickly thanks to Coastal German Shepherd Rescue.
