It could have so easily been a tragedy, but instead rescuers responding to the scene of a car crash in Ohio experienced a miracle. Fox News 14 reported that Lashanda Goldsmith’s van was struck by a vehicle and her 7-month-old daughter, Madison, was ejected from the car and thrown 25 feet from the crash site.
When safety crews found her car seat it was face down. The baby’s eyes were closed and, at first, rescuers thought she was dead. But then Madison opened her eyes and smiled at them!
Despite what she experienced, Madison only suffered a bruise to her forehead and was released from the hospital a few hours later with her mother. What an incredible miracle!
