Beautiful Table Actually Starts To Glow As The Sun Goes Down

Imagine eating on a table in your backyard and as the sun sets the table begins to glow! Mike Warren is an expert DIY-er made the glow-in-the-dark table with a bit of woodworking knowledge and three materials.

He used Pecky Cypress wood, which has natural grooves and grains and then he filled the gaps with blue glow-in-the-dark powder mixed with clear casting resin. As he describes it, the “Photoluminescent (glow) powder mixed with clear casting resin fills the naturally formed voids in Pecky Cypress hardwood, creating a unique and stunning table. The glow powder charges up in sunlight and emits a cool blue glow when in partial or complete darkness.”

It really is stunning and is sure to be a conversation starter in any home.
