Solider Chad Defrates wanted to surprise his long-time girlfriend, Jennifer Rodgers, with his return home so he enlisted the help of local law enforcement. Jennifer was driving home from work after a rough day when Christian County sheriff Bob Kindermann pulled her aside for what she thought was a minor traffic violation.
