The Secret To Reviving Stale Bread

I hate wasting food. But every now and then I buy something like a loaf of bread or a baguette and it ends up only getting half eaten and then turning to rock by the next day. Inevitably, it ends up in the trash can.

Sara Moulton guested Rachel Ray’s show and shared her quick tip for reviving that rock solid loaf. She puts the baguette under cold running water and then wraps it up in foil before heating it in the over for a few minutes minutes. Presto, revived bread! It’s a great kitchen trick that helps prevent being wasteful, saving food and saving money.
