Jo and David Putnam were walking their new puppy along the docks in Kodiak, Alaska, when they made an unexpected friend.
A friendly otter approaches and wants to play with the German Shepherd puppy and the two have the cutest interaction. Not only does the otter roll onto his belly several times much like a dog would, but the two playfully chase after their new friend.
