This woman had an unusual house guest who lives in the woods but comes to visit her.
Every morning, this home owner goes outside and invites a young deer to join her in the kitchen for breakfast! In the video, you’ll see she prepares a bottle for the deer, which the deer happily gulps down.
It turns out the deer named Little Girl was orphaned as a baby and brought to this woman’s home by friends because the woods in their backyard are protected and the deer would be safe from hunters.
Even though Little Girl was bottle-fed when she was young, she continued to live in the woods and eventually she grew up and had a baby of her own. Even after she was released back into the wild, she came back to the family from time to time to be fed by them until she joined a pack and started surviving on her own.
It’s great to hear the deer was happily and successfully reintroduced to the wild.
