This cat owner is scared of his kitten, Mulder. The reason? The mischievous kitten has an unusual talent for opening doors all by himself!
Mulder can even open a booby-trapped door that has a tub full of water right in front of it.
Says Mulder’s dad Sven, “The first clip…Mulder was 5 months old. I was wrapping chicken and I needed him to stop jumping on the counter for a couple minutes, so I tossed him into the bathroom and closed the door. Seconds later, he was out. I grabbed my camera, started rolling, and tossed him back in. This was something he had never done.”
Flash forward a bit of time and Sven decided to try the bucket of water. “The point of the ‘moat’ was to discourage him from scratching the door at night,” Sven writes. “Installing round door knobs or locking the door would not prevent this.”
Most cats wouldn’t go near this challenge, but watch what Mulder does…
