When Kristy the puppy first arrived at the animal shelter she was sickly and miserable and because of her poor health she was destined to be euthanized until Vet Ranch stepped in to save her.
They knew that the mange she was infected with could be easily cured and set out on a treatment to make her well again. The orphaned puppy soon began to come to life again. She went from cowering in a corner to bouncing and playing.
