Hunter Hobbs was fed up with being overweight and decided to be disciplined and record his progress. The results are an inspirational time-lapse video that sees Hunter lose an astonishing 42 pounds over 3 months.
The 24-year-old took a photo every day and challenged himself to stick to a routine diet of chicken, sweet potatoes, salads, oats and eggs. He also went to the gym five to six times a week.
