How To Make A Delicious Apple Puffed Pancake

Apples are one of my favorite fruits to bake with. Apple pie, cinnamon apples and now apple pancakes, thanks to this new recipe. Meg from What’s Up Mom says that apple pancakes are her favorite treat and she always asks her mom to make them when she visits. Meg’s mom explains it’s like a combination between a flan and a puffed pancake. People eat it for breakfast, brunch and sometimes dinner too!

Here are the ingredients you will need:

– 3 large apples sliced
– 6 eggs
– 1 cup whole milk
– 2/3 cup flour
– 1/2 tsp salt
– 3 T butter
– 1/4 cup brown sugar
– 1 tsp cinnamon

Start by beating the eggs in a mixer and add milk followed by the flour and salt until they are all combined together. Next, preheat your oven to 425 and when it’s hot melt the butter in a square pan (9×9 is what Meg says works). Once the butter has melted add the apples and put in the oven until the butter is sizzling. Then pour in the batter and sprinkle sugar and cinnamon on top. After 20 minutes it’s ready to eat!

Meg’s mom covers all details in the video, so be sure to watch it! I can smell how delicious it is just by looking at it!
