Elephants are considered one of the most loyal animals with strong family bonds and friendships that are known to extend to people too. When Thongsri, a 17 year old elephant in Thailand, sees her caretaker being “attacked” she immediately runs to his aid!
The giant elephant even gets down on her knees to get up close and check that he is okay.
