Homeless Dog Makes His Bed Every Day At Shelter While He Waits For Forever Home

Rush is a homeless Pit Bull puppy who arrived at an animal shelter in Kettering, Ohio, where he’s been waiting for over a month to be adopted. The Society for the Improvement of Conditions for Stray Animals (SICSA) says the 1-year-old dog has a sweet ritual while he waits for the perfect family to adopt him – he makes his bed every day!

Rush did not have to wait long to find a forever home! Thanks to the video of him making his bed going viral, Rush has been adopted! A couple from California, who have recently lost their dog, saw Rush’s story and fell in love with him.

In the video below, the couple explain how social media and an unexpected sign convinced them to reach out to SICSA to try and adopt Rush. I’m so glad Rush has found his happy ending (and a comfy bed to call his own)!

Share Rush’s sweet video and his story with your dog-loving friends.
