Dad Responds To His Daughter’s Bullies By Making Emotional Video

A Minnesota dad took a unique approach to confront his daughter’s bullies after discovering she was being bullied via SnapChat, a video messaging app. It all started after Bradley Knudson learned that his adopted African American started receiving racist rants from her classmates via SnapChat.

“Not only was it bullying, but it was also racism. When they got the fourth message from these kids…my wife and I decided to take out my phone and videotape it as it was happening,” said Knudson. What followed was a disturbing video filled with racial slurs and hateful words directed towards his daughter.

Bradley and his wife were not only emotional about the incident because it involved their daughter, but also because just a week and a half earlier very good friends of theirs lost their 13-year-old son after he committed suicide because of bullying.

In his unscripted video, Knudson addresses what he sees as racism and the unbelievable response he got from the bullies’ father.

I’m glad to see a dad being a responsible parent and passionately standing up for his daughter and against bullying.

The original video contains strong language. Here is a video of an interview he did with a radio station after the incident.
