Children In Uganda Who Have No Toys Play With LEGO For the First Time

For children in rural Uganda, school supplies are in short supply and kids often share books and desks.

As for toys, many children don’t have any at home and the few toys they have at school are improvised.

So imagine their surprise and delight when they open a suitcase filled with 50 pounds of LEGO.

Play Well Africa, a non-profit organization that collects unwanted LEGOs in North America and distributes them to needy children and schools in Africa, sent this school a suitcase full of the plastic bricks without any instructions, but the children got the knack of what it’s for right away!

Watch their heartwarming reaction in the video below, and share this great charity’s work with your friends and family.
