In 2008, Charice was surprised with a special gift from Oprah, who arranged for Céline Dion to speak with the teen via satellite on her show. During their conversation, Dion invited Charice to sing a duet with her at New York City’s Madison Square Garden as part of her tour. The two go on to perform “Because You Loved Me” and Charice dedicated it to her mom. The audience absolutely loved it and were on their feet before the end of their performance!
