It’s the small acts of kindness that can mean a whole lot to a child. Chase is a young boy who has already fought battles that many adults never experience. He is almost 8 years old, but since he was 2, he’s been fighting a rare brain cancer. As result of his prolonged treatments, he’s a bit behind in school, but school and learning is something that is very important to him.
Chase, his sister and his mother Angel recently visited an Apple Store. While at the shop, Chase was working on his homework at one of the tables and Angel noticed a store associate go over and chat with him. A few minutes later, the store’s manager approached her and asked to speak with her.
Angel was caught off guard at first. Had her children touched something they shouldn’t have? But then she noticed that the manager had tears in his eyes.
