When a little girl’s dad was having a heart attack, he called 911 but dispatcher Jason Bonham couldn’t understand what the man was saying. Jason also couldn’t automatically determine the caller’s address either because the call came from a mobile phone.
That’s when 5-year-old Savannah got on the phone and handled the scary situation with courage and calm.
She is amazingly composed throughout the call and reassures her dad that everything will be fine and relays back to the dispatcher “so far so good!” Be sure to continue listening…my heart just melted listening to the rest of her conversation with the dispatcher.
What could have been a scary situation had a good outcome – the father is okay – because of how Savannah handled the situation!
